Prima raccolta dei successi della cantante irlandese pubblicato l’11 novembre del 1997. Il Best of include una selezione di brani a partire da Enya (1987) fino a The Memory of Trees (1995) ed è accompagnata da due nuove brani: Only If... e Paint the Sky with Stars che da il titolo alla raccolta. Alcune versioni giapponesi dell’album includevano inoltre Oíche Chiún (Silent Night) come bonus track.
